昨年、株式会社TANTと有限会社篠原紙工は、
本を傷から守る伝統的な紙加工技術「三方金」を使った、
紙のジュエリーブランド「ikue」を立ち上げました。

紙の特性を生かしたジオメトリックな造形美と、
金の優美な表情によって形作られた、
紙と金のジュエリー。
一般的な金のジュエリーとは異なり、
ボリュームがあるにもかかわらず軽量です。
金箔の繊細なラインによって生まれる光と陰の交錯が、
ささやかな気品を与えます。

Last year, TANT INC. and Shinoharashiko Ltd.
launched a new jewelry brand made by paper and gold “ikue” ,
that using the traditional paper processing technique
“three-edges-gilded bookbinding” which protects a book from a wound.

The accessories formed with gold and paper presents
formative art confined in geometric design
bringing the best characteristics of the
paper and gold and creates its gorgeous appearance.
Unlike general jewellery, it is light despite its size.
The collective of refined lines of gold foil
brings a contrast of light and shade,
adding elegance to the design.
